I am renting 3 rooms which includes a fully furnished bedroom with queen-sized bed, a newly remodeled private bathroom and a spare room similar in size to the furnished bedroom which is now unfurnished. Both rooms have a good sized closet with a ceiling fan in each room. This unfurnished room could be your private living room or could be used for storage of your belongings. There is a small hallway which connects to all three rooms and also a linen closet. This whole area is separated by a pocket door which closes that whole suite off from the rest of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are designated drawers and panty cabinets for your food. There is also a small refrigeratorfreezer which can used for overflow items, or it can be for your use exclusively. Laundry area to be shared with cabinets for your detergent items. The There is driveway parking for your vehicle. You will never be blocked in. There is a whole house security system in place. We have very friendly supportive neighbors who look after our home. There are 5 pools in this community as well as an 18 hole gulf course, a large gym and many activities which you can join in should you choose. I live with my fianc in this house. We are friendly kinda outgoing and enjoy working in our yard, concerts, travel, hiking spending good times with our family and just having fun. I think we are both laid back. We are both " straight. " ( I guess I had to throw that in. ) We seldom have large gatherings in the house. However you would be aware of that a head of time. Also, there is a large lanai in the back of the house for you to use as well as a large front deck in the front to enjoy the sunshine. The backyard is fenced in with a small garden, flowers and trees. We value our privacy and will value yours as well. No overnight guests. Unfortunately, we cannot allow additional pets.
