New shower curtain liner,bathtub mat and tub stopper are provided.~ Bed and Futon are provided with plastic protective covering. Futon cover and pillows arelaundered for each tenant.~ Bed pillows have zippered washable micro-fiber covers that are laundered for each tenant.~ Brass bed has a Beautyrest Pillow-top mattress and a down-filled mattress cover.
