They are individul leases, my rate is locked in at $389 a month, for summer semester they are going up to $419 a month. I will pay the $89 a month, so you only have to pay $300+utilities. There is a $120 utility cap, and overages are split between the other roommates. (usually only $30 each)Cable with HBO standard in all rooms, and internet.
