The lake has some of the best lake trout fishing in the Matsu, right out your front door (literally). With a 10hp limit and a hidden "public access gate" the traffic on the lake is non-existent. So if you are looking for the next Big Lake or Wasilla Lake this is not the place for you. The house is located on a private, quiet, dead end street. Although the house is set pretty far from the road, having no street traffic makes it great for children and pets. The home is currently being remodeled, with new appliances, carpet in the bedrooms, hardwood wood floors in all the living areas, upstairs shower, bathroom tile, paint, and more. There is also a new 880sqft cedar deck overlooking the lake, great for BBQ's.
