Hey! I am in need of someone to take over my lease for this upcoming year. Applicants should only apply if they are as cool as myself (slightly less cool individuals might be considered). Right now I live with four other amazing girls and a dog named Lilly. I am very sad to not be living with them anymore. Lilly is shy and reserved. Her love has to be earned but is worth the effort of obtaining. You are welcome to apply if you have a dog of your own. The management company stipulates, however, that you have to pay a pet deposit of $250 plus $20 extra a month. The roommates (Emily, Sarabeth, Jojo, and Sarah) are all wonderfully clever and hilarious. They are sure to show you a good time. The rent is $333 plus utilities. The room you would be renting has built in white bookshelves and is a light pastel green. It is a very decent size. I included the address.
