Thinking about taking summer classes this summer??? This is a four bedroom at The Summit and Jacob Heights in Mankato, Minnesota Looking for a girl subleaser from one and up to three rooms avaliable. Its very close to campus. Im looking for a subleaser from Either May 5, or June starting date is negotiable throughJuly 31st, 2012. This has been a great place to live it comes with the fitness center, a hot tub, and free tanning avalibale in the club house. The rent is $444 per month with unitlites included. It is a four bedroom three of us girls are looking to get out, but each are looking for individual subleasers, or if you have two friends you all could live here togther. This apartment comes furnished with a couch, kitchen table and chairs, and tv stand as well as end tables. Also in the bedrooms the bedframe, mattress, nightstand, desk/ chair, and a four drawer dresser are furnished. There is a full kitchen as well as laudry in the apartment.Actual rent is $444 dollars a month, but i am willing to give you $300 at the begining to make rent only $344 a month, very desprite to find a subleaser.These are just some pictures that the Summit had of the model home, so this is some what it looks like except the bathroom you have to supply your own shower curtain.Apartment Features:Full-sized washer and dryer Garbage disposal Furnished apartments Dishwasher Full-sized kitchen Microwave Private bedrooms Private bathrooms available Private balconies Individually locking bedroom doors Steel front door with deadbolt locks Ceiling fans.
