Hi, thanks for checking out this post! I'm looking for someone to pick up my lease anytime after the end of the fall semester (sometime between mid december and early january). If you take the lease, it will last you from when you pick it up until August 1st 2012. Rent is 350/month plus utilities. House is a 4 bedroom, and it already has 3 roommates (really cool guys). I actually hate to let this place go, but I'm trying to move in with my girlfriend in order to save some money. The room itself is kind of small, but you also have access to a fair size living room (already furnished), kitchen with all the amenities, 1 full bathroom and 2 half baths, and a washer and dryer set up. If you don't already know, the Villas are a great place to live as an IU student, with 2 buses picking up just across the street every 5 minutes or so that will get you anywhere on campus. During the week, it's pretty quiet here, but there's always something to do on the weekends.
