I'm renting the two bedrooms out for $350 a piece and then the bonus room I will let go for $400 a month. It's extra nice. My son is 2. He's great! We really aren't home much though. I work Mon - Fri days 8-5 then Fri and Sat nights 9-5. I don't want any drugs or loud parties or cops at my door. I need you to pay your rent cuz if you don't then that's not gonna help my issue here. We are friendly people and we live in a GREAT neighborhood. I wish I owned this house, it's beautiful so come see it and move in TODAY! No deposit just hand me the $350 and I'll hand you the key and you can start moving in.
