Several rooms have become available for this year.These are quiet, and cool rooms and are available depending on the size with a reduced rent of $350-500/mo. All Utilities and services are included in the rent.The rooms are fully furnished with a desk and bed, chair , book cases and large closet.We are in one of the finest locations in Collegetown at the edge of the business district.Whatever you want is at your doorstep, restaurants(Thai, Indian,Vietnamese,Japanese,Burmese, Chinese, Nepalese, Greek , Italian, Pizza, Pubs) banks,grocery and clothing shops, hairdresssers, theater are all a one minute walk away.The Law and Engineering schools are a 3 min walk.The Hotel management school and libraries are 7 min away. For convenience we cant be beat.Our house is spacious and being a corner house the rooms are bright and sunny. In our house we try to retain the Victorian charm and merge it with modern services. We have beautifully restored original chestnut floors.We provide high speed Roadrunner Internet free of charge ,all utilities are included for free. Garbage,and weekly cleaning of bathrooms, hallways and common room is included,(we pay for your garbage tags) TV, cable, home theater DVD etc is free. There is a laundry and a piano in the house.
