I am leasing my downstairs bedroom in the neighborhood Langley Pond! I am going home for the summer and need a sublet for my room. It is the largest bed room/bathroom in the house and only room on the first floor! There are currently 3 other female roommates living in the upstairs bedrooms, they are tidey and respective. The room is $350 a month plus utilities; landlord pays for the water! With the room you will have your own full bathroom, all updated kitchen appliances, and almost new washer and dryer. The landlord is easily reached if there are any problems within the house. One of the girls does have a small dog but he stays in her room 90% of the time and will leave you alone if requested. The best part about the downstairs room is the ability to have privacy or socialize! We also have great neighbors who are always willing to help!
