Looking for 2 roommates for this summer since my roommates will be leaving. House is on 15th & Koch, so it's right between main street and campus, less than a half mile from both!Either gender is fine; preference to people who like to keep the common areas of the house clean and are outgoing and like to have a good time!House is a triplex; 3 people live above us and one next door, street parking. Rent is $350 plus utilities and internet, usually ends up right around $400 (water/sewage is paid). Lease technically goes til August but my roommates are planning on renewing it so the house would be available until just before the start of fall term, and should be available at the beginning of may for you to move in.My number is 360-930-XXXX, texting or calling is preferred to email because I don't really like checking it.
