Sublet.com Listing ID 2269665. I am a visiting scholar in Lsu and our plantation is very convenient for life. There are many supermarkets near around near and there also have public bus in front of the apartment. My rent is due to July 14th this year but I need go back to my country earlier and I will move out on June 8th. I have a roomate who is also a visiting scholar and she has a daughter is 8 years old. Her rent is due to April 2014.If you are interested in our apartment you can choose a shortterm lease or a longterm lease. you can rent the room whenever you want if you like the room and if you feel like uncomfortable you can only rent from June 9th to July 14th just substitute my contract. So the rent period is flexible just depends on what you think about it. The rent is $350 every month which do not include the water fee and electric fee. That fee is depend on what you used and now approximately $50 together one month. Now there are enough furnitures in our apartment so if you come what you need is just a bed for yourself.Welcome.
