Ok, so here's the deal. My friend owns a 3/2 townhouse at Indian Oaks which i will be moving into as soon as i can find 1 or 2 roommates. Rent is $375 +split utilities. Great DEAL for this location. The whole house is unfurnished but it does have all appliances including w/d, i will probably be purchasing some furniture for the living area which you CAN NOT sit in... jk jk , it was a joke. Obviously it would be for all of us to use. So downstairs is all nice tile floor. M/bedroom downstairs has also a back door that leads into a deck which we could probably set up a BBQ. Upstairs BdR one has a w/in closet the other which will be mine jsut has a regular closet and is i believe the smallest BdR. It has assigned parking a als ovisitor parking. Oh yeah and i have the keys to the place if you want to check it out. Have'nt talked to my friend if he allows pets, so if you have one just let me know and i'll ask him.So i'm looking for anyone that is laid back, respecful, responsible and cleans up after themselves. M/F is fine with me i've lived with both before, just leave the BF/GF Drama out of the house please. NO SMOKING inside the house.As for myself, i'm a 26 yr old Male. Im very easy going pretty much up for anything. I'm clean and respectful, I definitely like going out on weekends having a few drinks and dancing. Love some FSU football of course. I work Mon-FRI and coach cheer/tumbling & gymnastics some evenings. Well if this sounds like something you might be interested in let me know ASAP.
