I live in a house on 19th St and 5th Ave and this will be my last semester at UF. I am subleasing my room in the house from May 5th to July 30th. If you need to stay past the 30th, I can try and help you make arrangements, but my lease expires on the 30th and I cannot guarantee anything past that date. I will pay for the month of May since I will be here the first week, so you get one month free! I live with three other roommates right now. We are all UF students and are very open and down to earth people. The house has an amazing backyard and is walking distance from midtown and the northern part of campus. I bike to class in about 5 minutes.Utilities are usually $60-$80 a month and this is for water, electricity, and very fast Internet. It's normally about 15 Mbps.
