The room is 12' by 13.5', excluding the attached BATHROOM; which is used often by the other housemates during day time hours even though its in the room and sometimes as early as 530AM. The door into the room isn't a "door" but rather a sliding wood panel door, the same for the door to the bathroom. Currently the bathroom is shared by myself and one other housemate who keeps his toiletries in the bathroom. East and North facing windows. Good storage space and a closet. I live with 4 other housemates(all male), all of whom are students. There are already 2 dogs in the house. The house is a 5 to 10 min bike ride from campus in a nice neighborhood at the base of Witham hill. There is in house laundry( wash/ dry), 2 bathrooms, a dish washer, 2 refigerators.
