Furnished room in a 4/2 apartment for sublet. The lease runs until July 2014. $380 for rent. Water and High Speed Internet are included. I've loved my stay in these apartments and if it were not for circumstances beyond my control, I would be staying another year. Neighbors are very friendly (and throw parties occasionally), shopping center and night life is really close w and FSU/TCC are within walking/biking distance. There's a brand new tv, it comes furnished and there are built in desks in the rooms. The management is really responsive to the resident's needs. There is one other roommate who is really nice and rarely home. About the apartments:-Fully furnished with full-size bed, dresser, built-in computer desk, ceiling fan, couch, chair, coffee and end table, TV stand, dining room table, four chairs-Washer/dryer included in apartment.-Full kitchen. (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal)-Shared bathroom with one other person-Private balcony-On the Bus Route -Computer Lab-Covered Parking-Fitness Center, Game Room, Hot Tub, and Pool There is a subleasing fee that I will cover. You need a guarantor but if they have good credit you don't have to pay a security deposit. If you don't have a guarantor then you are required to pay 2 months of rent upfront.
