The neighborhood is well established and quiet; a couple blocks off of Washington Road, and feels like a retreat with quick access to anywhere you might need to go. It is only 5 minutes to the Walmart on Bobby Jones Expressway, 15-20 minutes to Gate 1 (if you are in the military this is excellent in the mornings), and it only takes 15 minutes to get to Downtown Augusta.The owners are very lenient and if you want to do anything such as paint or change the landscape to something more your taste, it would be fine as long as you run it by them first.The property will be available to move into in December, but owners are needing to get a one year lease signed as soon as possible.
