The landlords of this home are wonderful people. The house is in Calvert County. It is in Saint Leonard's Elementary School District. (In my opinion, the best school in Calvert County.SLES has won National Recognition for its character education that stresses responsibility and the right to learn.) The school bus stop is four houses down at the corner.The home has Central Heat and Air. The upstairs master has a private bath and is plenty big enough to accomodate our kingsize bed, armour, and dresser. There are two other good size bedrooms and one full bath upstairs. The lower level includes a largeopen living/ diningroom area, a large kitchen that includes stove, fridge, dishwasher, and even washer and dryer! There is a half bath ( toilet and sink) and another room that could be used as a fourth bedroom or we use it as an office. All of the windows have miniblinds and are even furnished with curtains and/ or valances.It is a brick front colonial style house with a ranchstyle vinyl fence around the back yard. There is a pation in the backyard with a sliding glass door from the diningroom area. There is a good size shed shed for storage with a lock. The front yard is large. The neighborhood is very kid friendly. All of the neighbors have children ranging from infants to teenagers. It is locate in an HOA that has tenent friendly rules and regs. (Satellite is allowed). The house is locate don a dead end street in a quiet family neighborhood. The neighbors are all wonderful.You will not find better landlords. They are friendly and concerned. Any repairs that have ever been neeed have been addressed quickly and with concern for our comfort. The house has no "bug" issues and will be left in clean ready to move in condition.I am running this ad because I am breaking the lease early and am therefore responsible for finding a new tenent. Call me and I will refer you to the landlord or the rental agent. Please feel free to email me for pictures and be sure to tell the listing agent or landlord I sent you. (I need to break this lease legally and with as little strain on these landlords as possible.)Our current lease was for one year. The rent is currently $1200 for a four bedroom!!! Our deposit was $1200. I am unsure if any of that is set to change but for the money, in this school distict I do not think you'll find a bigger house. If you have a large family this is definately for you! If you have kids this neighborhood would be great! We do not have pets; but I think they are case by case with an additional deposit. The only other thing i can think of is there may be a small processing fee with your credit application. i think it was $35 for a couple (lower than most around here!) Don't be scared off by the credit application. Our credit score wasn't impressive (average at best) and we were fine with this agency and landlord.
