My home is located 2.7 miles from The Harley Davison Museum, 1 Mile from I-94 and 5.6 miles from The House of Harley Davison. This is a very nice safe area!!For the rental price, you would have full access to the living room, Kitchen, Bathroom, laundry room, 2 bedrooms (1 with a Queen bed the other bedroom with a Full), I have a nice patio/yard and grill as well for your use! You won't need a night parking pass as I have space for 2 Cars and 3 Bikes!The refrigerator and pantry will be completely empty and you will be able to stock whatever food/drinks you want.Payment terms: 50% down (nonrefundable) upon agreement of terms plus $500 security deposit to be given back to you on your departure. Remainder 50% due upon arrival. I can accept payment via PayPal or we can set up an appointment to go over terms and payment. If you have additional friends/Kids and need more space, the L couch I have can sleep 2 people. I also have a carpeted 2nd floor(25x22) with a Full size futon, no tv though! I can also accommodate 2 more beds on the 2nd floor if requested.Pricing: $400 per night. ($450 If 2nd floor needs to be used). Don't hesitate to call with any questions!!!
