we have a very comfortable, very clean 3 bedroom home and we renting out one of the rooms. We do not smoke therefore we would like to rent the room out to someone who does not smoke . you will have full access to every room in the house including the garage if you have things you want to store. we do not have a washer and dryer but it is on its way. we are very open minded and friendly. we do not want pets in the house simply because we have 3 of our own . we have 3 puppies that are not allowed on the furniture or in any of the carpeted rooms and they spend most of their day outside and when they're inside they spend that time sleeping. I clean the house every day to ensure that there isn't dog hair . we are asking $400 in rent this includes all utilities and basic groceries, it can be paid bi-weekly. In addition we also have treated water throughout the house this includes bathrooms as well.
