Condo is located in historic Fourth Ward in Uptown Charlotte, just a 5-7 minute walk to center of town, the arena, other DNC activities, grocery store, and all uptown area nightlife, including the Epicenter. Property is 1 BR/1 BA, and has a nice sized living area with vaulted ceilings, a fully equipped open kitchen, and a covered balcony with great views of the city. Additionally, the property is available fully furnished and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer in the unit, 42" LCD Flatscreen TV, all linens/towels, kitchen utensils, etc, as well as access to the condo community pool and a small gym. Satellite TV, internet, and a reserved parking spot for one car are all included. An air mattress is also available if needed. The unit can comfortably house up to four people. The price is $4000 for the week of the DNC, however additional nights/weeks before or after DNC Week are also available.Maid service, personal chef service, as well as car service (pick up/drop off) are available - prices vary depending on tenants needs.
