I need to find a very RESPONSIBLE person to take over my lease. I was a WSU grad student who got their Master's and hoped to stay here for my Ph.D. My dept cut me off without an R.A. so I have to leave. Not knowing this, in the spring I renewed the lease on my 1 bedroom apartment where I have lived for about 2 years. My new lease starts August 1, 2012 and ends July 31, 2013. This is the perfect place to get some sleep -- no parties, no noise. Other grad students live in the building. It is privately owned, so there is no large obnoxious management company. Everything that needs it gets fixed PDQ when you ask. The water/sewer/garbage are paid by the landlords. You pay electricity/heat -- very affordable. Consistent fast internet through cable. On-site laundry. Bus stops are about 1/2 block in each direction. It is about 6 blocks to Sloan/Engineering bldgs, etc. I did not need a car and rode a bike most of the time.I just let the landlords know my situation tonight.
