I want to sublease a bedroom in a 4 bed 2 bath apt, (currently 2 other girls living here). I had to move out because I got a job in another state. The rent is only $425 a month! My room is semi-furnished. I have a bed, side table, 2 lamps, a bookshelf. The room comes with a study table and chair. Bus route 26 come to the apartment complex every 7 minutes during the semester, and takes you to campus (Trigon). The place is walking distance from Post Oak mall and Wolf Pen Creek park! My roommates are both students in Texas A&M (both girls) and are super sweet and easy to get along with! The complex has a gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court and clubhouse. The staff is really nice, and the maintenance guys are very very quick in responding to any concerns. They hold a lot of events - like Taco Tuesdays and movies by the pool, and other community events to help you make new friends (and get some free food while you're at it!)
