Hi there! My name is Melissa and I am currently living in a 4 bedroom house with 3 guys. I live in the attic which is an awesome room! It is newly remodeled and has it's own air conditioning unit. It is truly and honestly the best place I've ever lived. I love it a lot. The room is so cozy and quiet and away from the other rooms. You will have your own closet, cable available, and 2 large windows. Everyone that has seen my room is very jealous of it. The reason I want to move is because I want to move in with my boyfriend, but I just signed a lease ending in March, 2012. So I need to find a great person to take over my lease. The guys I live with are amazing! Andrew is the owner of the house and you pay him a set rate of $425/mo. That's for everything; rent, utilities, cable, wireless internet. Andy is a contractor and he has remodeled the entire house. It is very nice. I also live with Luke Dorris, the morning meteorologist for channel 8 news and Jake is going to school for business. They are all in their mid 20's and have busy lives. We never have parties or lots of ppl over, so it's pretty quiet. Although you can have guests over if you want. It's no big deal. They are great guys to live with and are very respectful and fun to be around.
