Two floor house with two car garage, mostly used for storage. 3 female roommates (two upstairs, and one down). I am looking to sublet my Large room (downstairs) with plenty of closet and storage space, and a full beautiful bathroom shared with one other roommate. There is a fun loving female dog currently living there as well who is always well behaved and sweet. The Rent is $425/ month, and includes all utilities, high speed internet, cable, netflix, and a large laundry room with a new washer and dryer. There would be a required $150 deposit. Animals are negotiable but require a deposit of their own of $100. Move in date would be February 1st until the end of May. Lease can be renewed as well for a year at a time.The other three girls living there are fun loving, easy-going, welcoming, and enjoy having a good time.
