Casa Blanca Apartment Complex2300 University Ave, Madison WI 53726Subletting my apartment for next spring through summer (January 2013 through August 2013) because I will be working on a co-op.Here are some features of the apartment:-$437.25 per month + utilities-11x11 room (121 square feet)-2 or 3 student roommates: all male (the "or" is dependent on a roommate getting a co-op and subsequently finding another sublet)-Large closet space in room as well as coat closet in family room-2 bathrooms with sink, storage, toilet, tub, and shower (water heats up really fast)-Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, stove, sink w/garbage disposal and plenty of pantry and storage space-Large common family room area with big comfortable couches and chairs (you will fall asleep in one because it's so comfy)-Free car parking spot-Free moped parking-Free bike parking-No noisy/problematic neighbors-Many buses available to and from campusI would prefer someone to stay the entire duration (Jan-Aug) and will give priority to those people. However, if you cannot stay part of the time please still contact me and maybe we can work something out.Please let me know if you are interested and I can give you a tour or answer any other questions.
