2 bedrooms open in a 5 bedroom, 2 bath townhome at Campus Park Jan- June 15th, male or female. One of my roommates and I have graduated and thus are looking for sublets. There are 2 girls and 1 boy who will be staying. We currently have seperate boy and girl showers. Amenities include dishwasher and free washer and dryer in the townhome and a parking space. You must be a college student (or recently graduated) to live here.Rent is $444/mo. to be paid all at once, however, if this is inconvient for you I'm sure we can work something out between ourselves. I'm willig to go halfsies on the 1st month rent and utilities. It includes all utlities expect electricty (usually like $8/mo.) and charter internet which is an additional $8/mo. It also includes free shuttle bus to and from UMD, St. Scholastic and LSC upon request. Pick up and drop off is right at the end of the parking lot. Free use of the clubhouse which includes:TanningPool and hot tubExercise roomStudy lounge (free coffee, hot chocolate, tea, big screen TV)Game roomAll but one of the people who will be staying will be graduating in the spring and she is looking for roommates.
