I am looking to sublet my apartment ASAP. The lease runs from now until about the second week of August. It is at University Trails on Main St- really close to the Texas Tech Campus. It comes fully furnished. It is four bedroom but each room is an individual lease. The rent is $449 which includes all utilities, cabel and interenet. The kitchen is fully equipped. It comes with a washer and dryer. I have 3 female roommates- 2 of them will be staying for the whole summer for work and school. They are nice, fairly clean, and easy to live with. One is 22 and the other is 20. If interested please contact me ASAp either by email or by calling 214-500-XXXX. My name is Jessica. I am hoping to move out by May 11th or 12th but the lease can be picked up anytimr after that. I will clean it fully and thoroughly and double check that there are no damages anywhere.
