I'm moving to New York City for the summer to work for a Landscape Architecture firm and I'm looking for a responsible someone to fill my room.The Room:The room itself is roughly 15' x 15', or 300 square feet, with a decent sized walk-in closet and hardwood floors. The bed is included, along with a nightstand, wall mirror, and a desk. Linens, towels, and all that other stuff you need to get for yourself. It is also located right next to the kitchen, which I found to be incredibly convenient.The Apartment:The house itself contains two apartments: one upstairs and one downstairs. Your apartment is upstairs at 950, and has a full kitchen with plentiful pantry space, a living room with two couches and a 46" plasma tv, and balconies off both the front and back of the house. The basement is quite immense, with two washers and two dryers included, along with a ridiculous amount of storage space for all of your goodies. The house is also a rocks throw away from Lancaster Market, a 15 minute walk to both Syracuse and ESF campuses, and a 10 minute walk to Barry Park.The house may be all to yourself for the summer, depending on if my one roomate is able to find a subletter. The room will be open from May 5th Through August 28th or so, but the move in date can be flexible. Let me know if you are interested and want pictures of the place. Call or text me at 518-813-XXXX.
