I have a room in a 3 bedroom large house that i am willing to rent out one of the rooms. I had someone renting nit for a while but he was relacated for work and had to leave. The room includes a 32 inch tv with direct tv for the cable which gives youy about 500 channels, the house has a washer and dryer, large back patio furnished, BBQ grill, pool table in basement, the house is fully furnished. also in the bedroom i am renting it has a dresser and 1 pretty good size closet also there is a pretty new bed in the room. You will have acces to everything in the entire house. There is also some storage space in the attic if you need it. 450 dollars for the rent is all you are responsible for as well as a 300 refundable security deposit when you leaveand buying your own personal stuff. The house includes wireless internet and im pretty sure i have an extra laptop im gonna include with the room so you will have acces to internet. So you do the math and you will realize your getting a pretty good deal. The house is exactly 1 mile frome boeing cause thats my place of employment, ive been there for 5 years. The house is right dow the street from the bus stop and about a mile from the train station and its less then a half mile from interstate 95 so thats very convienent fior people who use the highway for work. The are no contracts to sign. I only require you show me proof of employment. The rent is due on the first of the month and a 300 dollar security deposit will be required when you move in.
