Hello! We are a six bedroom four bathroom house looking for someone to take over a room May 1st. This house is in a million dollar neighborhood; quiet, safe, across the street from a park. Everyone here is respectful and busy, young professionals- but we like to grab a drink or have people over as well. As of today the house is 3 ladies and 3 gentleman; combined we speak over 8 languages, everyone owns a bike or two, we are walking distance to downtown, minutes from 101 (University Ave and Embarcadero). This is a perfect place for someone who would rather pay back student loans than pay a landlord hundreds more. This room shares a bathroom with another housemate- the rent is inexpensive because the house is old and not in excellent condition; but we love it! Please send us a short note about your current employment situation, expected time needing housing and reasons why you're awesome. We are looking for a May first move in, we can set up appointments to view, for this week or next. PS. This place goes quickly, and no $450 was not a typo :) Cheers! *** No smoking, pets or water beds***
