We have one room available, there are 2 of us living here now, i am 23 and my room mate is 26. We both smoke in the apartment, and i drink. We are young guys but still work and have things to do like everyone else, all night parties will not be happening here. I have a 10 month old pit bull puppy, if you are afraid of dogs, or are not a dog person, it probably wont work out, she has run of the house most of the day, and shes still a puppy so she is very energetic. The 450 a month is just the rent, not utilities, at the moment we have internet and a house phone, i just use netflix and hulu for tv, if you want cable we can negotiate something.The walkway and yard (yes we actually have a back yard) are fenced in, and are shoveled/Mowed by handymen the landlord hires.Landlord does not live in the building, the 2 floors above us are also kids our age, we all get along.Walking distance from twin city plaza, witch has a shaws, right aid, golds gym, marshalls, ect.At least 3 bars/Liquor stores walking distance.10 minute walk to lechmere station green liineWe DO NOT have a living room, its just a computer room kitchen bath 3 bedrooms and a storage closet. So when we hang out we are usually in the computer room or in one of our rooms.There is only one room available, but my room mate is willing to negotiate moving his room into the new room, if you dont want the bathroom door in your room, the other room is smaller however.We are looking for someone our age, with a full time job or other source of regular income. The first month you are late on rent it will be considered your last months rent you paid when you moved in and will be expected to leave by the first of the following month. We have gone through some crappy room mates before so we will both want to meet you before you move in.I have posted some pics, we are looking to fill this room ASAP we want someone who will be staying at least 4 months
