I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Village at Chandler Crossings. I live in a 4x4 Premium which is a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment. It is on the first floor and three girls already live here. Two of the girls go to MSU and the other goes to LCC. I need someone to take over my lease immediatley. I had some issues with school and I have to move back to Saginaw asap. I am hoping to find someone to take over by the first of the month. Rent is 457 and is due on the first of the month. There is no application fee and no deposit. There is a 250 dollar fee that I will be paying for someone else to move in.
