The room for rent is in a 3-bedroom apartment on the first floor with hardwood floors in the commons area. The renter would have to pay for the time they would be spending in the apartment (half of May's rent through July). The bedroom has its own bathroom along with a very large walk in closet. It has been VERY cleanly kept and maintained.
