The landlord pays water, sewer, and trash, and handles almost all of the inside and out maintenance.The first floor is rented by a polite and quiet couple that are very clean, respectful, and neat. A bus stop is directly across the street from your front door, and this is a non smoking property. There are washer and dryer hookups in the basement or a laundry mat only 3 blocks away. We require references, a security deposit, and a background check, and pets are considered on a case by case basis, This is a twelve month lease.
