I plan to move in october and im looking for someone to take over my lease before october 1st. its a 4 bedroom place and everyone has their own bathroom. only thing you share is the kitchen and laundry area. no pets allowed. there will also be 3 other roommates here. utilities are included in rent. the original price is 495 but since ive been here for 2 yrs its now 465 but i have a 10 dollar protection charge if anything were to happen to the place such as a fire, so its actually 475. if you want to take the charge off you can. you can go to spring place.com to look up more info on the place if you like,or you can call me. if you decide to move please have first months rent for october. i believe the particular area im staying at is just girls just to throw that out there. your lease will be over july 31 2012. please only contact me if your serious about moving in. thanks 336-324-XXXX. oh also this place is furnished as well.
