I have a 2 bedroom for 475 a month. I need someone to take over my lease by October 1st. My lease have six months left on it and I am willing to pay HALF of October rent if you are unable to come up with the full 975 for deposit and first month.I cant really afford to do that but I really cant afford to pay for two places so I need someone to take this over. If you wanted in sooner than I can leave my sept rent instead. I just need out because me and my fianc and our child have gotten a house and can't afford both places. I am hoping someone will take my lease over as I am trying to work with people. There are no dogs or cats allowed. There is no laundry facility but I have found that the laundry mats are not too pricey. The utilities are not badly priced and all the carpet and tile is only 6 months old. I was the first to live in it after it was redone and I haven't lived there for 3 months so they are in perfect condition.
