Hi, my name is Rashina and I'm looking for the perfect roommate. I am very energetic, humorous, and outgoing. I'm enrolled in the Honors Program at TCC and would make the best study partner. My favorite subjects are math and science. Although I love to hang out and have fun, I also love to study. School is my first priority. I am a neat freak. Enough about me, lets talk about the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished with a washer and dryer. The room has 2 walk-in closets and its own bathroom. The rent is not bad, $490, internet and cable included. Utilities are separate: electricity and water. The apartment is walking distance from TCC and there are bus routes to FAMU and FSU. Portofino Villas have a pool, basketball court, club house, and game room. Soon we will have a weight room. This apartment complex is also pet friendly. I believe this would be a great opportunity for a student planning to attend TCC and is serious about their education. The number one reason is because we will be going to the same school, possibly taking the same classes, and would be able to study together. Number two reason is because no vehicle is required for you to get to school or around Tallahassee. I have no sex preference for my roommate.
