Hi!I have leased a 4 bedroom/ 4 bath house in Eagles Landing in Auburn, Alabama. Currently there is 3 girls on the lease, including myself. I am not returning to Auburn for the fall 2011 semester and need someone to take on the room I would have filled. The rent per month is $1000 a month split 3 ways so it would be $330 a person. Also, the deposit is already paid so it would not be required to add on the lease! The other two ladies are really clean and responisble. Since there is 4 bedrooms and baths there would be an extra guest room/office for everyone to share, or if you know of someone additional who needs a room, I'm sure they wouldnt mind adding on a 4th person to make the rent even cheaper!
