Also Bella Vista has 7 Golf Courses, 7 Lakes. There is literally a mountain biking trail two minutes from our house. Deposit is fully refundable and just one months rent unless there are credit issues. Renter to cover the utilities. Dogs can be approved (case by case will be allowed for a smaller dog). Furthermore, additional pet deposit (300.00 non-refundable) and extra rent for your pet will be required (50.00). This property is currently listed on Airbnb. Mike communicated everything well and even supplied the ingredients for toasting s'mores in the fire pit. We had a lovely stay at the house.
