I am looking to sublease for June and July (July 31st is the end of my lease). This apartment allows short term leases and month-by-month so you could extent it beyond July if you desire. I have a one bedroom at Sun Valley Apartments that is on the third floor at the south of the apartment complex overlooking the woods. There is central air and a dish washer, along with a washer/dryer on each floor. There is plenty of parking outside of the apartment that is free, as well as an onsite fitness room. My apartment is on the bus line and across the street from a shopping complex, including Copps. It's also a ten minute drive to downtown. This is a quiet apartment complex with many families living here. The full rent per month is $670 but I am offering it for $500 and would be willing to negotiate. Cats and small dogs are ok.
