This is a 3 bedroom CONDO that is fully furnished and occupied during the UofA academic school year.One of our renters is moving and we need a new "Roomie".You do NOT need to be a UofA Student to live here!It is fully furnished EXCEPT for the bedroom you would rent - so you would need to provide a bed.etc.The upstairs bathroom is a shared bathroom but each roommate has their own drawers etc for toiletries and linens.Each bedroom has a key entry lock for privacy.This is all inclusive.Water, Electric, Pool, landline, security system, cable, internet, washer, dryer, microwave.Flat fee of $500.00 per month or $20 a day for partial months (May / Aug)(The only exception to the flat fee is if the electric bill is excessive).This is an absolutely, positively NO SMOKING house.There is a non-refundable $75.00 cleaning feeA fully refundable $250.00 security deposit - to be returned in exchange for a clean check out and key return.We are looking for a Responsible, Reliable, Honest roommate.We do have a dog!
