I need someone to sublease my room at the grove for the upcoming year August 2012- July 2013. My schooling plans have changed and I need someone to take over my lease ASAP. The roommates are pretty cool girls, one of them owns a small, very adorable dog. The Grove is a really awesome place to live and pretty much everything you could think of is included in the rent: Water, pool, gym, parking, and you get a 30 per person electricity credit a month so you only end up paying a couple dollars a month for electricity. Also, the apartments are fully furnished so you do not need to bring a bed, dresser, desk, bedside table, kitchen table, couch or anything like that. The laundry is in the unit. The apartment is on the first floor, which is good for moving in and such.
