Each renter(3) has a private room but there is a shared bathroom. Living here is easy and lowkeyed with professionals and students. The home is for complete use.Guests need to be discussed before they come. Overnight guests only on Friday and Saturday. There is NO SMOKING ALLOWED on any part of this property....other than that no set rules.I have a small doggy daycare/boarding business on the premises. Never more than five dogs at a time but usually run about three. I take great pride in keeping the home and grounds clean and odor free. The dogs are gated off but you will see them.
