Overall, included the view, the price and location its a deal that's hard to find. Its located 5 mins from Depaul Hospital on granby st, 3 mins away from Colley Ave & Ghent, 3 mins away from Old Dominion, 5 -6 mins away from EVMS and about 8-10 mins away from Norfolk State University. Its also about 5 mins away from Little Creek and Highway 64. I wouldn't even consider given this place up if I wasn't about to be finished with school. I'm looking for someone who may want to move in immediately, as of May 1st. The lease is up in October.
