Hey all,Due to personal and financial reasons I need to sublease my apartment at 36th and davenport.It is a one bedroom one bathroom apartment in a building full of graduate students (read: quiet). It has a kitchen and a main room as well. It also has 5 full closets. There is a laundry room downstairs, and it is a very secure building as well. There is guaranteed parking (They use passes and tow people without them)As the add mentions, landlord pays for HEAT, water, sewer, and trash collection. Resident pays for electricity. I'd be happy to show the house in the afternoon (around 5-6 pm)The earliest I could move out is the 29th of October. I would also pay the 30 dollar background check fee and I would cover the security deposit. The Paterson's would have you sign a new lease with them.
