If you would like to stay longer you can contact The Reserves at Forest Hills and create a new lease in your name. Rent for those dates will only be $522, which will include your digital cable, trash & sewer. Sublet will be responsible for any water charges incurred during those dates. (For 1 mo. mine usually runs around $15.) Sublet will also need to get electric turned on in their name. I will be taking it out of my name no later than Oct 28th. (Electric usually runs around $50 for 1 mo.) Will need to make accommodations with apartment complex for washer/dryer rentals if one is needed. There is a laundry facility on the grounds.This is a very spacious 1 bedroom, 849 sq. ft. apartment. It is on the ground floor with a large patio including a patio entrance. Apartment is the only one in complex to include a patio entry with a dead bolt on door.
