Hello,I need to find someone (preferably female) to take over my lease for the summer from May 30th to July 20th (almost 2 months!!). It is perfect for someone taking Summer I courses at Tech! It is a private one bedroom/bathroom apartment and comes with several amenities including a pool, laundry center, remodeled gym, and volleyball court. It is on the bus route to Tech and only about 5 minutes away driving. The place will come partially furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, loveseat, and coffee table. You just pay me $550 and I will pay the rest of the rent and fees. If you can't stay the whole time we can negotiate a price. If you are interested please email or TEXT 915 346 XXXX.
