Trying to find someone interested in staying in a 1 BR Apartment at Brown Heights. I will be graduating in December, so the place will be available anytime after classes end. I'm willing to work with you on the move-in date.The place is great! I enjoy living there, but my time in Boone is coming to an end. It is a fully furnished, clean, one bedroom apartment with Washer, Dryer, Microwave, Refrigerator and Dishwasher. Utilities are not included.The management here is wonderful. They have been extremely willing to work with me over the past year regarding my internship situation. The neighbors are quiet, some of my friends liked it so much that they ended up moving in next door. No complaints at all!There are two closets in the bedroom, so plenty of storage space. The apartment is in a great location on the 105 Extension near the Subaru dealership. Approximately 15 minute walk to Raley (I walk this everyday) or Orange Route (which stops at a shelter near the apartment).Easy access to Wal-mart area, Greenway, etc... via State Farm, 421 and 105.
