This house is only 3 years old and in a very nice neighborhood. Wonderful place to sleep and have coffee in the morning on the front porch. Privacy fenced back yard with private, covered patio, gas grill too. On Capital Metro #3 bus line, takes you directly from neighborhood entrance to downtown Austin, no transfers. Very convenient to SOCO, downtown, Town Lake, all the SXSW venues. Great shopping at famous Central Market and Whole Foods. Close to pizza, Chinese etc food deliveries.
